Transfer Procedure

1. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information, including the transfer amount, bank account details, and valid legal documents. Supporting documents can be submitted via the TVC Transfer Form and you can connnect us from our chat-box or email.
2. TVC will inform customers of the transfer rate, transfer fee, total amount, and transfer details for confirmation.
3. TVC transfers funds to the receiver and provides receipts. The client is confirmed within 24 hours if no issues arise.

* Note: TVC is not responsible for receiver usage. Service payments are subject to tax.
